Yes. Scope is taken from owners, building engineers, architects, general contractors and property or facility managers. Projects are commercial and institutional only — no residential service calls.
Can you price from drawings and specifications?+−
Yes. Submit plans, elevations, schedules or a written scope description through the proposal request form. Spec and plan review is the first step before any field survey.
Do you provide budget ranges before a full proposal?+−
A budget range can be issued early on projects still in planning or design development, then replaced with a lump-sum or time-and-material proposal once scope, system type and site conditions are confirmed.
Do you handle both new construction and retrofit or remediation work?+−
Both. New storefront and curtain wall packages, thermal-break retrofits, entrance and hardware upgrades, and perimeter sealant remediation and re-caulking on existing facades.
